By starting with live Daily Coaching Calls, we’ll help you fight daily distractions and procrastination - with compassion and encouragement!
Over this five-month program, we gradually shift from short, daily voice or video calls, to diving deeper on weekly, 50-minute video calls.
Steps to Success
Book Your FREE Discovery Call.
On the Discovery Call, we’ll meet and see if we’re a fit!
Once in the program, we’ll have an initial Strategic Planning Call.
Dive right in with Daily Calls, Monday – Friday.
As you begin making progress towards your goals, we gradually decrease Daily Calls and shift towards more Strategic Planning Calls.
At the end of the program and beyond, we’ll meet weekly to ensure long term success and continued improvement.
Stategic Planning Calls
50 Minute Video Call
During this initial call, we’ll begin with the end in mind. We’ll dive into your vision of a life of fulfillment.
We’ll select 1-3 areas of your life to begin the transformation, make a plan, then break it down step by step.
Daily Tracking Calls
10 minute Daily Video or Voice Calls
During these calls we revisit your vision/why, track progress and talk about the next actionable micro-steps.
Our plan will be fluid and adjust as needed. Some days progress will be minimal, but continuous progress is the goal.
Each day, we’ll make sure you have the fresh inspiration you need to stay on track.
The Pace
First Month: 1 Strategic Planning Call, 5 Daily Calls/week (20/month)
Second Month: 2 Strategic Planning Calls, 4 Daily Calls/week (16/month)
Third Month: 3 Strategic Planning Calls, 3 Daily Calls/week (12/month)
Fourth Month: 4 Strategic Planning Calls, 2 Daily Calls/week (8/month)
Fifth Month and Beyond: One Coaching Call/week (4-5/month)
